Role Overview: As the MIS & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's information systems to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and effective reporting. Your role will involve managing IT-related operations that support business decision-making, including system maintenance, user support, and data security. You will also be in charge of overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals. Your focus will be on managing processes, resources, and teams to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's MIS systems. - Ensure data integrity, consistency, and availability across all platforms. - Design and generate operational, financial, and management reports for leadership. - Manage system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery processes. - Coordinate with departments to understand reporting needs and improve system functionality. - Supervise MIS staff, provide training, and ensure timely technical support. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity, software, and hardware issues. - Ensure compliance with IT policies, licensing, and security standards. - Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance processes through automation and system integration. - Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and user guidelines. - Plan, oversee, and improve daily operational activities across departments. - Lead operational projects, workflow improvements, and cost-saving initiatives. - Coordinate with supply chain, production, sales, teams to ensure smooth operations. - Analyze operational data and develop reports for senior management. - Resolve operational issues, customer escalations, and bottlenecks. - Support strategic planning and contribute to long-term operational goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field. - Experience with database management, ERP systems, and data analytics tools. - Strong understanding of networks, system security, and backup procedures. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and communication skills.
