Manager – Mechanical Fabrication & Assembly

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead fabrication and

assembly of Temperature Control Units (TCUs) involving heat exchangers, control valves, and

precision stainless-steel piping. The role focuses on execution, sequencing, and quality, while

design is handled by a separate engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own fabrication and assembly execution of TCUs

• Define work sequence and fabrication methodology

• Supervise precision welding, piping, and final assembly

• Ensure quality, dimensional accuracy, and leak-tight systems

• Coordinate with design and production teams

• Lead shop-floor technicians and welders

Requirements:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (M.Tech preferred)

• Minimum 10 years experience in fabrication / assembly of thermal or process equipment

• Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, valves, SS piping, and welding

• Hands-on shop-floor and execution-focused mindset
