SPMs
: Servo pressing, dispensing, gluing, torquing, laser welding, leak & visual testing, end-of-line testing
Conveyor Systems
and
Material Handling
: Design, integration, and optimization
Assembly Line Design
: Layout planning, cycle time analysis, ergonomic considerations
Design Conceptualization & Calculations
: Stack-up analysis, load calculations, FEA, FMEA, DFM

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mechanical design for automation and SPM projects
Deliver innovative and efficient design solutions
Oversee design documentation using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ERP/MPT
Drive system integration and cross-functional collaboration
Ensure compliance with technical standards and customer requirements

Managerial Skills:

Strategic team planning, mentoring, and performance evaluation
Resource allocation, monitoring, and optimization
Risk identification, change management, and issue resolution
Stakeholder communication and coordination across functions
Promote standardization, modularity, and continuous improvement
