Roles and Responsibilities Manage breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance To Plan for the Maintenance Ensure proper Mechanical Maintenance Activities Close Monitor of the Plant Maintenance To control the breakdown of Machine To control the mechanical cost To Mechanical Maintenance team handling .Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs using techniques like TPM, MTBF, and MTTR. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field with expertise in breakdown analysis, machine maintenance, mechanics, preventative maintenance, prevention, preventive maintenance, utility management. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
