Focus an ideal candidate who has vast experience for handling recruitment processes. Manage the complete recruitment life cycle. Knowledge of Job Posting, Candidates Head Hunting and publishing the jobs on social site and other Naukri portal. Source and screen candidates from portals like Naukri, indeed other social networking groups and through internal referrals. Connect with Client by maintain professional relationship for closing the positions within timeline. Search the candidates based on Job Description and maintaining the relationship and to build a pool of potential applicants. Knowledge of interview assessment with the candidates for line-up the interview schedule between Client & Candidates. Initiate the interview process by conducting the first round of interview and then coordinating with client & candidates to complete the interview process through virtual & physical interview. Collect the candidates documents of employment & educational certificate and participation in negotiation of CTC as per clients budget. Connect with candidate for on-boarding process as per standards process.
