Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive marketplace P&L to achieve aggressive growth targets (current sales ~- 50 Cr annually).- Manage inventory planning, allocation, and sell-through.- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand business across marketplaces.- Work closely with operations, manufacturing, and cataloguing teams (5-6 members) to ensure seamless execution.- Leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making and performance improvement.- Identify new opportunities and foster a high-performance, growth-focused culture.Requirements:- 3-6 years' experience in marketplace management within fashion/lifestyle.- Proven track record of driving substantial sales growth.- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset.- Hunger for growth, strategic thinking, and ability to inspire teams.
