Job Summary The Manager of Martech Technology Platforms will lead a dynamic team of marketing technology professionals, providing operational leadership and professional development. The ideal candidate will drive team performance, foster innovation, and ensure the effective management of our India based associates. Essential Job Functions Provide comprehensive leadership to a small team of technical professionals. Develop and implement a high-performance team culture through goal setting, regular coaching, real-time feedback, and performance reviews. Facilitate communication between the team and cross-functional teams / departments. - (30%) Monitor workload distribution and team capacity enabling the optimal allocation of resources and prioritization of workload - (30%) Develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms enabling reporting to Marketing Technology Platforms leadership team, including: Weekly status reports summarizing team achievements and key metrics, Monthly deep-dive reviews and Quarterly strategic alignment presentations for senior leadership - (25%) Prepare and deliver executive summaries that highlight: Team accomplishments, Challenges and mitigation strategies, Potential resource needed and Strategic recommendations - (15%) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience 10+ years experience with an Enterprise-class content management systems, digital analytics, and/or test learn platforms. 3+ years of direct leadership experience, leading project(s), mentoring and/or coaching experience Preferred Qualifications 10+ years experience with an Enterprise-class content management systems, digital analytics, and/or test learn platforms. 5+ years of direct leadership experience, leading project(s), mentoring and/or coaching experience Skills Communication Constructive Feedback Emotional Intelligence Strategic Thinking Problem-Solving Strategies Professional Relationship Management Agile Methodology Enterprise Content Management System Metadata Management Project Management Reports To : Senior Manager and above Direct Reports : 2 - 5 Work Environment Normal office environment, hybrid.
