Manager- Malaysia Operations

As a Manager of Malaysia Operations at Arudra Engineers Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading our operations in Malaysia. With expertise in Material Handling Systems, Protective Coatings, Chemical Cleaning, and Maintenance Services, our company is now expanding into Malaysia to cater to clients in the region. Your industry experience in Power and Oil & Gas, along with strong client engagement skills, will be essential for managing business development and project execution effectively. Your responsibilities will include setting up and managing our office in Malaysia, identifying and developing business opportunities in the Power and Oil & Gas sectors, nurturing long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, overseeing project execution while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timelines, as well as collaborating with the India head office for technical and commercial coordination. Extensive travel across Malaysia for client meetings and project site visits will also be a key aspect of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Civil preferred) and possess 5-6 years of experience in the Power and Oil & Gas industries. Exposure to industrial services such as coatings, maintenance, or chemical cleaning will be an added advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills are crucial, along with the ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across teams. Proficiency in English and Malaysian local language(s) is required, and you must currently reside in Malaysia, either as a local citizen or a settled expatriate.
