Electrical, MEP, Civil Maintenance Monitor & manage the operations & Maintenance Monitoring the Breakdowns Managing Maintenance team & Management Preparation of maintenance record & Logbooks Planning of the team for daily, routine, predictive & preventive Maintenance Attending meetings, conducting briefing sessions Preparation of All Daily, Monthly, Weekly, Quarterly Review meeting Reports Checking on the Electrical Safety Fire Fighting System Preventive Maintenance Plan Thorough knowledge of Maintenance of all Kitchen equipments, Fridges, Ice-cube machines, chillers, freezers, walk ins, STP Plant, RO Plant, DG, Invertor, MEP Candidates must have led the Maintenance team of a Restaurant Must be open for travel
