Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Production Linked Incentive (PLI) & Subsidy Management

Possess working knowledge of the PLI scheme under the Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI).
Preferably experienced in PLI incentive workings within the automotive sector.
Prepare and manage documentation for:

Existing product certification
AAT product certification with testing agencies and statutory auditors
Quarterly Review Reports (QRR) and other data submissions to MHI/IFCI/ARAI
Annual re-validation of Domestic Value Addition (DVA) certification

Support digital and automation initiatives related to PLI compliance.
Prepare and file PLI claims with complete backup data, certified by statutory auditors.
Monitor and report on FAME II/EMPS/PM E-Drive subsidies, including MIS and compliance.
Track and control other state-level subsidies and incentives.

Experience

4 to 6 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the automotive industry or a manufacturing setup.
