Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Production specialist in CNC machining, assembly, grinding, Welding,
valve manufacturing, and Grinding Wheels production. Extensive hands-on expertise in operating and managing
CNC HTC (Horizontal Turning Center), VTL (Vertical Turning Lathe), and HMC (Horizontal Machining Center)machines. Proven ability in leading and supervising complete machine shop operations, managing manpower
Demonstrated leadership in implementing Lean Manufacturing, TPM activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficient in PQCDSM, 7QC tools, and IATF documentation.
Known for optimizing cycle times, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a safety-first, performance-driven shop floor culture.

Experience Required : 14 to 20 years(Good Machining & Drawing Knowledge)

Qualification : Diploma / BE
