Role Purpose
The role is responsible to assist in the management of vendor contracts, preparation of recovery plans, support the effective running of the business premises and support to strategically ensure most effective use of resources in alignment with the organizational and functional objectives.
Role Accountability
- Ensure clear cut vendor SLA are documented in the agreement along with corrective actions and penalty clauses; maintain ready reckoner for all the critical vendor SLA and their corresponding penalties
- Monitor existing vendor performance on agreed SLA and conduct monthly connect meetings with vendor managers; suggest and implement changes in the existing agreements for prompt and better services from vendor
- Ensure timely corrective action are being carried out including release of warning letters along with action plan for recovery
- Manage COCP Mobility services i.e. issuance of new connections, conversion of existing connections, porting, SIM swapping along with appropriate documentation and timely activation / deactivation, reconciliation of bills, etc.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure compliance to specific Regulatory norms for the Facility as and all vendors/Support staff at these facilities
- Support in managing the requirements of MDs and other deputees
- Ensure PAN India Vendors operate in accordance with CLRA & shops and establishment Act - maintain contractual employees PF, ESIC documents, background checks for pan-India contractual manpower, updation of compliance boards in the region, support during audits, etc.
- Inventory Management & Fixed Asset Management - updation and weekly reconciliation of inventory management register, managing documentation, monitoring and Auditing of Fixed assets at the designated locations
- Participate in ESG related projects and initiatives
- Manage all travel partners for SBIC, Negotiate and bring-in more hotel, guest house options
- Maintain all process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines

- Number of defects in inventory management and recon for all infrastructure related projects
- Timely and accurate updation of process documentation

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
Understanding of local regulatory requirements (legal/Compliance) with regards to Facilities, Infrastructure and Manpower management.
