Position: Manager - Servicing (Commercial Real Estate)Location: HYBRID - WFH & WFO -Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation & review of
Financial Statements
including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
Managing and analyzing
Rent Rolls, Lease Accounting, and related reporting
.
Handling
Commercial Real Estate (CRE) accounting & servicing
activities.
Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Required Skills:

Strong exposure to
Commercial Real Estate
domain.
Expertise in
Financial Statement Analysis
.
Experience in
Rent Roll preparation and review
.

Essential Skills/ Experience & Qualification:

A graduate / post graduate (preferably in Commerce) with good academic background. Amanagement degree would be an added advantage.
