Job Description

As a Manager Learning & Development, your primary role involves spearheading learning and engagement initiatives to enhance employee productivity and cultivate a development-centric culture within the organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and conducting training programs, as well as leading employee engagement efforts. Your tasks will include creating customized learning programs, developing training content using various media, and preparing materials for training sessions. Collaboration with internal and external partners to tailor training modules is crucial. Conducting virtual and in-person training sessions for employees at different levels and coaching managers to foster a development-focused team environment are vital aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will devise the annual employee engagement calendar in conjunction with Regional HR, create communication strategies to promote L&D and engagement initiatives, and evaluate training effectiveness consistently for optimization based on feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, implementing, and conducting customized training programs - Creating training content utilizing diverse media - Collaborating with internal and external partners to customize training modules - Conducting virtual and in-person training sessions for employees at various levels - Coaching managers to promote a development-focused team environment - Devising the annual employee engagement calendar jointly with Regional HR - Formulating communication strategies to endorse L&D and engagement initiatives - Evaluating training effectiveness regularly for optimization based on feedback Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Adept presentation and facilitation capabilities - Familiarity with multimedia and digital learning platforms - Ability to engage and retain learners effectively - Proficiency in digital tools for content creation and delivery - Self-motivation, creativity, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities Please note that the ideal candidate for this role should hold a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
