Manager/ Lead Manager- Career Services/ Placements

As a Regional Manager- Career Services based in New Delhi, your primary responsibility will involve managing campus recruitment activities in the North region of India. You will be required to build strong relationships with recruiters, track and coordinate corporate visits to the Mumbai campus, and work closely with the campus placement team to facilitate the placement process for all programs. It will be your ownership to ensure a positive campus experience for both recruiters and students while meeting set targets for the region. In addition to campus recruitment, you will also be responsible for identifying potential recruiters for corporate sponsorship of events on campus, providing local support for institutional events, assisting admission teams of various programs in Delhi, supporting marketing activities for full-time programs, and representing the institute at Delhi Chapter Alumni Events. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a relevant field. Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management will also be valued. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a high level of professionalism and competence in interacting with a diverse range of individuals. The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, demonstrate key account management skills, drive towards goals, and successfully engage with CXOs is crucial for success in this role.
