Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the lead generation team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Develop and implement scalable lead generation strategies aligned with business goals. • Oversee the use of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo for lead sourcing. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns across digital channels. • Monitor and optimize lead funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates). • Ensure CRM data integrity and manage enrichment processes (Salesforce, Dynamics 365). • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives with customized lead lists and engagement plans. • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. • 10 years of experience in lead generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within ITES/BPO. • Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge of global data compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with clients across North America, EMEA, and APAC. • Exposure to RPA, cloud services, or digital transformation solutions. • Experience in handling a team of Lead Gen and Research Analysts.
