Role & responsibilities

Designation - Manager - Zonal Business Excellence Operations - Zonal Last Mile Operations

What youll do:

• Lead Control Tower Charter involving data gathering, analysis, monitoring, controlling entire Ops KPI from bottom to top. 
• Ability to handle large data set, follow up, coordination, capability to highlight day to day deviation from the KPI, deriving actionable insights and communicate for improvement. Involve in new initiatives undertaken by the organization. 
• Understanding of operations and different software used in industry for First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile Operations.
• Drive critical projects, Coordinating with cross-functional (all functions in organization) across locations and hierarchy. 
• Handling large transaction data, Gathering data from different systems/Portal/Software. 
• Work closely with Operations, Hub Regional Ops team and Central Ops to ensure smooth delivery, pickup and last mile operations on a day-to-day basis, operation control through process monitoring. 
• Periodic and on time publication of performance data visibility. 
• Deep dive into key areas to identify areas of improvement and analyze data to arrive at actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities, troubleshoot data with technical issues and ensure accountability for resolution. 
• Lead & build a culture of ownership and empowerment within Zonal BE Team. 
• Develop, mentor, and motivate the team for better efficiency and best results
  

What you’ll need:

• Graduate in Engineering/Operations Research/ Supply Chain Management domain is preferred
• People manager, he should be able to lead a team.
• Exposure and Knowledge of Operations process, different software/dashboard and application used in our industry is must.
• Tech savvy, Problem solving, data-driven decision-making ability through the stakeholders
• Adaptability towards change management, Sound presentation/communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, should be comfortable with working on huge data
• Knowledge of principles, methodology and practices of Research and Data Collection
• Background in use of Analytics in Business Decision Making, Process Improvement and Optimization
• Min 5-10 yrs. Exp in same domain.
