Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager - Land Sales to handle the sale of residential, commercial, and agricultural land parcels. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of land transactions, local market trends, documentation processes, and networking skills to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential buyers and investors for land parcels.
Generate leads through networking, field visits, and real estate channels.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
Negotiate sale terms, pricing, and finalize deals with clients.
Maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and developers.
Prepare and manage sales documentation, agreements, and legal formalities.
Coordinate with legal and revenue departments for land verification and due diligence.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in land sales / real estate sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of land laws, documentation, and revenue records.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Own vehicle preferred for site visits.
