Manager ITSM

As an ITSM Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients towards adopting and optimizing IT Service Management frameworks that align with their core business objectives. Your expertise in ITIL processes, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills, will be essential in leading the design and implementation of comprehensive ITSM strategies to enhance client productivity, efficiency, and collaboration. You will be responsible for championing the continuous improvement of ITSM processes by leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge methodologies. Conducting in-depth analyses of client IT environments, you will identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation, overseeing complex ITSM projects from inception to completion to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and on time. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will ensure the seamless integration of IT infrastructure services with broader business processes and goals. Your advanced workshops and training sessions on ITIL processes will promote a culture of knowledge sharing and best practice adoption among clients. Maintaining expert-level knowledge of the ITSM landscape, including trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, will be crucial in your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. With 10-15 years of progressive experience in ITSM roles, preferably within IT Consulting, Products, or Service Integrator Companies, you should have extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing ITSM solutions and processes. A proven track record of leading IT transformation initiatives, operating model redesigns, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, ITIL4 certification is preferred.
