Manager - IT Sales

As a qualified candidate for this role, you should be a Graduate or Postgraduate with a background in Computer Science, Electrical, or Electronics, accompanied by a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing focused on IT Sales, specifically in Industry 4.0 / MES Solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of sales executives, which also involves overseeing internal proposal engineers. - Identifying and engaging with Companies, Stakeholders, and Department Heads across various industry segments. - Recognizing Opportunities and Requests for Quotation (RFQ's), and ensuring timely submission of proposals. - Collaborating with the Software and New Product Development (NPD) Team to develop tailored solutions. - Establishing, overseeing, and accomplishing the annual budget plans for both yourself and the sales team.
