Manager - IT Sales

As a qualified candidate for this position, you should be a Graduate or Post Graduate with a background in Computer Science, Electrical, or Electronics, along with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing of IT Sales, specifically in Industry 4.0 / MES Solutions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of sales executives, which includes internal proposal engineers. - Identifying and meeting with Companies, Stakeholders, and Department Heads across various industry segments. - Identifying Opportunities and Request for Quotations (RFQs), and ensuring timely submission of proposals. - Interacting with the Software and New Product Development (NPD) Team to provide solutions. - Building, managing, and achieving the annual budget plans for yourself and the sales team.
