Job Description

As the Manager IT Pillar, you are required to have an in-depth understanding of IT pillar concepts, theories, and principles. You should possess basic knowledge of other related disciplines. Your role involves applying industry understanding to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies within the IT pillar discipline. It is crucial for you to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems impacting effectiveness. Your decisions should be guided by policies, resource requirements, budgets, and the business plan, ultimately impacting the level of service and your team's ability to meet quality and timeliness objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop enterprise architecture for integrations. - Understand business processes and create seamless end-to-end integrations. - Lead the adoption of new technologies to accelerate software development. - Establish enterprise standards and governance processes. - Oversee Data Conversions in ERP Program. - Manage IT Programs following PMO Tollgate process. - Supervise a team of business analysts and system architects. - Manage enterprise applications support. - Ensure implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with all McDermott policies and procedures. - Clarify employees" responsibilities and authority in implementing company policies and procedures effectively. - Ensure timely completion of all mandatory training by yourself and your teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT supporting EPCI business applications, ERP, Enterprise Architecture, and Technology solutions as a Manager or Lead administrator. - Proficiency in building integrations with Oracle ERP leveraging Dell Boomi. - Experience working in a Global / Cross-functional matrix environment. - Skill in developing IT Strategy and program execution roadmap. - Experience in budget management. - Expertise in ERP systems implementation and application support.,
