Manager – IT

Experience: 10 to 15 years (at least 4 years in the current/recent company) Responsibilities: • Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. • Set and track performance goals, KPIs, and dashboards. • Improve internal processes and support key business objectives. • Lead change initiatives and support business transformation. • Manage a team of 5–8 members across functions or projects. • Be passionate about hiring and building strong, high-performing teams.
