We have an urgent opening for the role of Manager - IT Infrastructure in Photography & Entertainment imaging company

Job responsibilities :

1.

• Develop and execute the long-term infrastructure roadmap and strategy

  (both on-premises and cloud-based) to align with overall business objectives and technology innovation goals.

• Lead capacity planning efforts

  , ensuring all infrastructure components can scale proactively to meet current and future business demands and disaster recovery needs.
• Collaborate with Security and Architecture teams to design and implement robust, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions

2.

• Oversee and ensure the 24/7/365 stability, availability, and performance of all mission-critical infrastructure

  (Network, Compute, Storage, Virtualization, and Cloud services).

• Mandate and govern IT Service Management (ITSM) processes

  for infrastructure, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management, to minimize downtime and risk.
• Direct the team responsible for system patching, configuration management, monitoring, and proactive maintenance, ensuring adherence to strict operational windows and security policies.

• Lead the development and testing of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC)

  plans for core infrastructure

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of infrastructure engineers and specialists

  , fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and reliability engineering.

• Manage and optimize the multi-million dollar infrastructure budget

  (OPEX and CAPEX), tracking expenditure, negotiating major vendor contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities (especially cloud cost optimization).
• Oversee vendor relationships and the performance of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) related to infrastructure delivery

4.

• Drive initiatives to

  modernize infrastructure components

  (e.g., migration to cloud, hyper-converged infrastructure, Software-Defined Networking).
• Champion

  automation efforts

  across infrastructure management using tools like PowerShell, Python, or configuration management platforms (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) to improve speed and consistency.

Skills required :

Networking (LAN/WAN, Firewalls), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Storage/Backup
