Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of IT Infrastructure located in Bengaluru South. The Manager of IT Infrastructure will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT department, managing infrastructure projects, ensuring network and system security, and providing technical support. The role includes planning and implementing new systems, maintaining hardware and software standards, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues. The Manager will also be expected to liaise with vendors, manage IT budgets, and lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth functioning and availability of all IT systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Management, Network Administration, and System Security
• Experience in Project Management and Vendor Management
• Technical support skills and experience in troubleshooting IT issues
• Ability to oversee and guide a team of IT professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and hardware
• Proven ability to manage IT budgets
• Experience in the utilities sector or similar industry is a plus
