Job Description

As Manager - Technology Infra, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing initiatives for both new enhancements to the existing Technology Infrastructure Digital Workspace setup. Your responsibilities will include: - Analysing the existing Technology Infrastructure stack covering Productivity & Collaboration platforms, Dev & Test environments on multiple cloud platforms, On-Prem/On-Cloud Identity Management integrations, and other On-Prem Infrastructure. - Identifying opportunities for enhancement, evaluating solution options, and articulating benefits/implications with datapoints. - Evaluating emerging technologies and trends to improve infrastructure security, scalability, and performance. - Ensuring Infrastructure Security aspects are included and aligned with Global Cybersecurity Frameworks. - Working closely with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate products and services, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements (SLAs). - Acting as a lead in infrastructure architecture, owning end-to-end implementation of solutions, and providing documentation and training to IT staff and end-users. Qualifications required for this role: - 10 to 15 years of experience with at least the last four years in IT Infrastructure design and implementation. - Hands-on experience in setting up and managing Windows/Linux Servers OS and End-user Compute central services such as IAM, SSO, MFA, MDM, DNS, Threat Management, DLP, EDR/XDR/MDR, Patch Management, Web Security, and CASB products. - Expertise in On-Cloud Productivity and Collaboration services like Google Workspace, Software Asset Management, and automation scripts/tools for infrastructure deployment and management. - Strong understanding of network architecture, server infrastructure, storage systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. - Cloud Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cisco Certified Network Professional, ITIL are a plus. - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.,
