Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Manager-International Sales. The Manager-International Sales will be responsible for managing and growing international sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, setting sales goals, training team members, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Communication skills
• Experience with Team Management and Training
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Experience in international sales is a plus
• B.E-Mechanical or MBA in Marketing-Engineers preferred

Experience: 10+ yrs in B2B Sales in Technical (Manufacturing sales)

Budget: 5.5 to 6.5 lpa
