Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer calls inbound and outbound professionally and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Provide accurate information about products services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Meet, exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Prior experience in a BPO and Call Center or voice support role.
  • Must have skill set Looking for candidates with International Voice Process / Call Center Operations skills
  • Should have experience coming from customer Service Space - Voice Process Candidate with the discipline.
