Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clientele & achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and marketing activities.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including creating proposals to contract signing.
  • Set targets for annual growth and prepare sales activity plans accordingly towards profitable sustained growth.
  • Manage a client servicing team of 5-6 people, end to end.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables and adherence to all the client compliances.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
  • Deliver exceptional quality client service to create fruitful business opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional team within the organization to facilitate development of international markets.
