Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clientele & achieve revenue targets.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and marketing activities.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including creating proposals to contract signing.
Set targets for annual growth and prepare sales activity plans accordingly towards profitable sustained growth.
Manage a client servicing team of 5-6 people, end to end.
Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables and adherence to all the client compliances.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
Deliver exceptional quality client service to create fruitful business opportunities.
Work with cross-functional team within the organization to facilitate development of international markets.
