Lead / Support development of overall project plan to ensure all stakeholders and team members are in agreement.
Strong hands on experience and knowledge of interior fit out job.
Good knowledge of interior, electrical, air conditioning, fire fighting must.
Candidate should be extremely good at QS and planning.
Must have served for minimum 5 years as Senior project Manager position at a interior company of repute
Monitors and manages project scope, schedule, budget, risks and quality to ensure project activities/tasks are occurring as planned and any variances are identified along with corrective actions to address variances.
Strong influencing skills will be required for effective leadership across functions in a matrix management structure.
Oversees that project closure is performed properly and timely for all projects in the portfolio.
Track record of positively and effectively leading people
Candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building effective teams of domain experts and professionals.
