Positions Open

Machine Operators (23 Nos.)
– For lamination, cutting, and edge-banding machines.
Production Supervisor (1 No.)
– To oversee workflow, quality, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain
panel saws, edge banding, lamination, and routing machines
as per standard operating procedures.
Ensure
high precision, alignment, and finishing quality
of all furniture components.
Read and interpret
technical drawings / cutting lists
for furniture and shutter manufacturing.
Coordinate with
design and execution teams
to ensure correct materials and specifications.
Conduct
routine maintenance and calibration
of machines.
Maintain
production logs, quality checklists, and material usage reports
.
Supervise helpers and ensure adherence to
safety protocols and cleanliness
in the workshop.
Troubleshoot process or machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma in
Carpentry, Wood Technology, Mechanical, or Production
.
5–12 years of hands-on experience in
modular furniture manufacturing or carpentry units
.
Familiarity with
HOMAG, Biesse, SCM, or similar European machines
preferred.
Strong focus on
accuracy, finishing, and productivity
.
Team-oriented with ability to guide helpers and coordinate with site teams.
Candidates from
interior fit-out or modular furniture background
will be preferred.
