Manager (Interior)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in handling interiors related to dormitories, lounges, dining halls and other common facilities.
• Oversee interior design projects for new hotels, renovations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to finalize layouts, themes, and material selections.
• Lead and monitor interior fit-out works on-site to ensure adherence to approved design and specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain finishing standards, durability, and safety compliance.
• Prepare project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants for timely procurement and delivery of interior items.
• Maintain strong working relationships with hotel management teams to incorporate operational feedback into design solutions.
• Stay updated on latest design trends, materials, and technologies in hospitality interiors.
• Support in creating and updating brand interior guidelines for consistent implementation across properties.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of hotel interior design, fit-outs, and FF&E.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 7 years of experience in interior design or project management, preferably in hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of completing large-scale hotel or luxury commercial interior projects.
