Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our growing inside sales team based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 58 years of relevant experience in inside sales, business development, and team management, with a proven ability to drive sales performance, mentor team members, and optimize sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 45 inside sales executives.
  • Set clear performance targets, KPIs, and monitor productivity.
  • Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and evaluations.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive consistent pipeline development through outbound calling, query resolution, objection handling, and CRM utilization.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to close sales.
  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer queries.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities effectively.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes for efficiency and higher conversion.
  • Implement best practices while staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 58 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Minimum 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
