Manager Implementation Planning

Role Overview: As the Manager Implementation Planning at WPP Media, you will play a crucial role within the Global Operations Centre (GOC) by collaborating with teams in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Your primary focus will be to deliver impactful solutions in a multicultural setting. You will oversee junior team members, provide training, and ensure the quality of ongoing work. Working closely with onshore planning and pod leads, you will be responsible for managing workload and team performance effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure quality assurance of all end-to-end media planning tasks across brand and performance media for consistent and timely delivery. - Oversee training and execution of tasks such as olives, trafficking, creative management, launch, and in-flight optimization management. - Motivate junior team members, provide timely feedback for their development, and maintain effective communication across all team levels. - Utilize your expertise in media planning to create holistic media plans, allocate budgets, optimize cross-channels, conduct reporting, and analyze post-campaign results. - Demonstrate proficiency in basic spreadsheet capabilities, strong presentation design skills, effective communication, organizational abilities, and client relationship management. Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of the paid media landscape and consumer behavior. - Strong skills in basic spreadsheet capabilities, presentation design, communication, organization, and client relationship management.
