Job Description

Role Overview: At Uber AI Solutions, we lead various operations and technologies to enable the mission of reimagining the way the world moves. We combine technology and human intelligence to run scaled programs efficiently. As part of the organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality scaled programs in operations, technology, and data analytics for various Uber businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Program delivery leadership: You will be the overall single point owner of training/evaluation programs for clients, focusing on coding, agentic AI, and data areas. Your responsibilities will include developing delivery solutions based on client requirements, managing technical talent sourcing, ensuring quality checks, and engaging with client stakeholders. - Client engagement: You will partner with Sales to interact with clients, shape project scopes, evangelize capabilities, and govern project delivery. Deep understanding and expertise in coding, data analytics, and AI training will be essential during client engagements. - Collaborations: You will work closely with the Supply team to manage vendor relationships and crowd-sourcing channels, as well as with the Product and Engineering teams to develop tech and tooling roadmaps specific to coding, agentic AI, and data analytics. - Drive Innovation and thought leadership: You will demonstrate expertise in coding and data analytics related AI training/evaluations, identify opportunities, benchmark model performance, create white papers, and participate in industry forums. - Team management: You will develop, coach, and mentor the program manager team to build and scale in-house talent for coding and data AI evaluations/training, implementing best practices for governance and organizational culture. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of overall experience, with specific familiarity in software engineering, ML engineering, and ML ops domains. - Experience in leading or managing delivery services for data annotation, training, evaluation, and performance benchmarking in coding and development for AI/ML is required. Familiarity with the same for data analytics, ML, and agentic AI disciplines is a plus. - Experience in client-facing service delivery management, solutioning, governance, and familiarity with talent sourcing strategies, tech/tooling, and QC processes in this domain. - Strong communication skills to convey clarity of thought to senior management and broader teams, along with a track record of driving innovation and thought leadership in AI/ML training and evaluation services. - Collaboration skills to work effectively across silos and team structures, ability to work in a global organization across locations and time zones, and mentorship abilities to build scale within the organization.,
