We are currently hiring for Manager - Identity and access management for a leading Health Care - Pune Roles and responsibilities : The Mgr IT ENG Infrastructure - Identity and Access Management is responsible for leading a team to design, build, test, and implement, maintain, and operate information security technologies, including infrastructure and supporting applications related to Identity and Access Management technologies. Manages team and project resources, supporting employee development, and providing input to core and investment budgets. Manages or oversees complex IS projects through both pre-production and implementation phases by collaborating with internal technology risk teams, infrastructure management, and external business groups to understand requirements and design and implement solutions accordingly; and overseeing the implementation of new security controls as appropriate to resolve incidences and mitigate threat risks. This requires communication to management regarding status and issues and the ability to discuss and present technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Identity and Access Management operations, partnering with the Architecture & Strategy teams to help develop and validate the long-term direction for security technologies, to support the ongoing assessment and mitigation of information security risks. Qualification : 4 years in security, Identity and Accesss Management, IT consulting, or related field. • 4 years management experience. 4 years of experience in two or more of the following IAM technologies: 1. Sailpoint for access governance 2. Cyberark for privilege access management 3. Ping Technologies (ping federate, ping access, ping ID, ping risk intelligence, ping directory) 4. Venafi for certificate management, MS PKI Two (2) years experience in the design and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions. • Two (2) years experience in IT infrastructure consulting. • Three (3) years experience in the configuration and/or design of Active Directory structure and design elements, including experience integrating Active Directory across platforms or technologies. • Two (2) years experience in IT compliance reporting. • Four (4) years experience in the design, engineering, implementation, and operations of access Management technologies like Ping, Okta, OAM etc. • Four (4) years experience in the design, engineering, implementation, and operations of identity governanence technologies like Sailpoint, OIM etc. • Four (4) years experience in the design, engineering, implementation, and operations of privilege access management technolgoies like CyberArk etc. Two (2) years experience in database technologies. • Two (2) years experience using SQL or similar query language. • Four (4) years experience in infrastructure architecture/engineering, including experience in the design and implementation of storage, server, middleware, and/or database infrastructure. • Four (4) years experience in IT security or identity and access management. • Two (2) years experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. • Four (4) years experience working with an enterprise digital certificate management system. • Three (3) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above) Two (2) years experience managing the development of technical documentation in an infrastructure development environment. • Two (2) years managing operating budgets and/or project financials. • Four (4) years experience in a leadership role of a large matrixed organization. • Two (2) years experience managing vendor relationships. • Four (4) years experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field. • Security certification (Security+, CISSP, CISA).
