Manager- I Beam Production

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee and manage the production of I-Beams in our steel fabrication plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication, particularly in I-Beam manufacturing, and will ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of I-Beam production lines.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials and minimize wastage.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Train and guide production staff and operators on best practices and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
• 57 years of experience in structural steel fabrication, with specific exposure to I-Beam production.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes such as cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly.
• Familiarity with fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and quality standards.
• Proficient in using production management tools and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a high-volume steel fabrication plant.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles.
• Certification in welding or fabrication (optional but advantageous).
