Manager - Human Resources

As a Human Resources Manager at Epiroc India's Product Company in Nashik, you will play a crucial role in working closely with the General Manager and the management team to ensure alignment between local, global, and Epiroc India initiatives. With your extensive experience in creating and managing HR strategies, you will contribute to building high-performing teams and maximizing business performance to achieve competitive advantage. Your main mission will be to support the development and implementation of Epiroc India's overall strategy, focusing on key strategic areas such as Innovation, Growth, Operational Excellence, and Sustainability. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent for the second production plant in PC Nashik, ensuring that the organization has the best HR processes in the industry. In this role, you will be expected to lead, coach, and mentor the HR team to ensure effective people management processes are in place. By establishing clear outcomes in areas such as Epiroc Culture, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership Development, you will contribute to creating a high-performance organization with a culture of continuous learning and diversity. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Product Company complies with all HR-related legal requirements and data privacy regulations while driving automation and digitalization initiatives to support business needs. Your role will also involve contributing to operational excellence by creating efficient organizational structures and supporting cross-functional teams within the organization. To be successful in this role, you should possess leadership skills that foster trust and psychological safety, have a proactive mindset, and a good understanding of financial and manufacturing processes. Additionally, knowledge of Marathi is beneficial for this position.
