About the role: As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic HR person with: • Experience in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth companies. • Proven track record of leadership hiring. • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority. • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier leadership talent. Responsibilities: • Lead the full lifecycle of leadership recruitment — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top executive talent. • Partner with senior management to understand organizational goals and talent needs, translating them into actionable hiring strategies. • Build and nurture talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and relationship management. • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier leadership talent. • Support succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development programs. • Use data-driven insights to identify gaps and refine hiring processes. • Maintain compliance with employment laws, policies, and company standards. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources. • 5+ years of experience in HR, in high-growth organization managing end-to-end HR life cycle. At least one year in Real Estate or related industries. • Proven track record of hiring CXO-level or senior leadership roles. • Strong networking skills and experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and executive search platforms. • High ownership, integrity, and problem-solving mindset. • Passion for building teams that align with organizational values and culture. • Should be open to work Mon-Sat 10 AM to 6.30 PM – work from office.
