As a Manager, International Strategic Partner at American Express, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting workstreams that deliver market colleague priorities across Culture, Careers, Recruiting, and Well-being for the 20000+ India colleagues. Your responsibilities will include: - Business partnership: Collaborate with business leaders, CEG COE teams, and global Colleague Strategic Partners to drive business talent strategy, providing high-impact consultation, engagement, retention, and succession planning, integrating inclusive leadership behaviors, and fostering a diverse workforce. - Develop products, processes, and solutions advised by colleague data and insights, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with key regulatory asks. - Work on market-level initiatives to enhance colleague experience by embedding colleague brand, strengthening inclusive culture, enabling talent growth, and driving innovative learning solutions. - Drive an enterprise approach across business units in India to unlock synergies, efficiencies, and new ways of working. Skills Required: - 8+ years of HR expertise, including project management and using large data sets. - Knowledge of Talent Management & Learning disciplines with the ability to collaborate with multiple business partners. - Experience in driving Inclusion and Diversity programs is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to lead with an enterprise approach, collaborate seamlessly, and drive effective decision-making. - Proven track record of working across all levels of the organization. - Post Graduate degree (MBA) holder from a Tier A or Tier B college preferred.
