Job Description

As a Manager HRBP at a global Medical Device MNC in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in partnering with managers and associates to deliver core HR services. Your focus will be on ensuring optimal management of HR processes and enhancing associate experience, with a key emphasis on people and culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering annual people processes and possessing in-depth knowledge of local talent, providing coaching to managers to accelerate talent readiness. - Bringing a deep understanding of local business needs and contributing HR insights into business issues for delivering local solutions. - Collaborating with HR COEs and HR Services to design and execute solutions and service delivery, supporting strategic initiatives and HR programs. - Aligning with the Talent & Culture Partner to execute enterprise-level initiatives and driving business success through coaching and advising teams on associate experience initiatives. - Ensuring timely execution of all people-related processes and implementing global, regional, or local HR programs. - Coaching business leaders and associates on various HR-related topics and driving a high-quality, diverse local talent bench through selection processes and talent development. - Supporting diagnostic interventions and problem resolution strategies by providing HR perspectives on business issues and utilizing workforce analytics for improved people and workforce management. Key Performance Indicators for this role will include: - Business Insights: Understanding business drivers and relating organizational strategy to human capital strategy. - Persuasion: Coaching and influencing people leaders and teams using data, trends, and perspectives to drive alignment and improved decision-making. - Decision Quality: Identifying and leveraging data for informed human capital decisions and influencing effective decision-making. - Collaboration: Actively participating in a collaborative team environment and effectively managing multiple projects with changing expectations. - Communication: Demonstrating excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to express thoughts clearly and listen attentively to others. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - At least 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering in a shared services environment - Ability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership teams in a matrix environment - Capability to work in a fast-paced culture within lean teams Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in HR/IR or equivalent combination of education and related experience.,
