Manager HR Payroll

As a candidate, your role will involve ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, etc., and internal controls. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of data received from HRIS, Time & Attendance systems, and business functions. Additionally, you will oversee cost governance & JV management by ensuring correct journal entries (JVs) are reviewed and posted in the finance systems within defined timelines. You will also be involved in providing inputs for internal and external audits, statutory filings, and compliance reports. Furthermore, you will contribute to process improvement & controls. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / HR; MBA/PGDM preferred. Key Technical Skills: - ERP experience with finance systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a must.
