Manager HR Payroll

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, etc., as well as internal controls. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of data received from HRIS, Time & Attendance systems, and various business functions. Your duties will include overseeing cost governance and JV management by ensuring correct journal entries (JVs) are reviewed and posted in the finance systems within defined timelines. Additionally, you will provide inputs for internal and external audits, statutory filings, and compliance reports as part of the reporting and analytics process. Moreover, you will be involved in process improvement and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Key Qualifications: - Education: Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / HR; MBA/PGDM preferred. Technical Skills: - ERP experience with finance systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a must.
