Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage HR generalist activities, including employee life cycle management (recruitment, onboarding, training & development). Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to industrial relations. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to maintain a positive work environment. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business objectives through people initiatives. Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and best practices. Desired Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations role. Strong understanding of HR Generalist Activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development. Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to industrial relations.
