JOB ROLE: HR Manager cum Legal Manager (LLB Qualified)

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end recruitment of candidates across multiple roles and experience levels.
   
2. Drafting, maintaining, and ensuring proper execution of all employee legal documentation such as:
   
• Appointment letters
  
• Employment contracts
  
• NDAs
  
• Asset handover forms
  
• Warning/termination notices
  
3. Managing employee onboarding and exit processes with complete compliance.
   
4. Handling employee-related legal issues including:
   
• Fraud
  
• Theft of company assets
  
• Data safety violations
  
• Willful damage or misconduct
  
5. Filing police complaints, preparing legal drafts, and coordinating with authorities whenever required.
   
6. Ensuring full HR compliance with company policies, labour laws, and corporate standards.
   
7. Maintaining documentation for audits, statutory records, and legal references.
   
8. Visiting office locations, police stations, and government departments whenever necessary.
   

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Mandatory LLB qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment acts, and basic criminal/legal procedures.
  
• Prior HR experience preferred (recruitment, onboarding, documentation).
  
• Ability to draft legal notices, complaints, and formal communications.
  
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with staff, authorities, and management.
  
• Must be willing to travel locally for work when required.
