As an Assistant Manager- HR Business Partnering at our leading logistics tech company based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in connecting with regional teams, influencing leaders, managing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Your dynamic and empathetic approach will be key in handling grievances, driving performance discussions, and fostering a positive work culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary HR partner for regional teams, providing actionable support and balancing employee and business priorities. - Handling employee concerns with empathy, fostering a values-driven culture, and facilitating whistleblower conversations with discretion. - Collaborating with central HR teams to identify upskilling needs, conduct training initiatives, and ensure smooth performance management processes. - Working closely with city managers to drive engagement, recognition, and communication activities, while conducting regular employee check-ins to gauge satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or Field HR roles. - Proficiency in at least one South Indian language. - Experience in managing regional or distributed teams. - Strong influencing and communication skills. - Ability to work independently, build trust with business stakeholders, and follow through on outcomes. - Proficiency in HR data tracking and record-keeping.,
