Manager - Healthcare Projects

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architecture with a strong background in hospital design and a thorough understanding of applicable building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified B.Arch professional with 10+ years of experience, including at least 23 hospital or healthcare projects, and must have prior experience with architectural design firms.

Key Responsibilities :

* Be part of architectural planning and design of hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

* Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, and project teams to ensure designs meet functional, clinical, safety, and regulatory requirements.

* Review and validate architectural drawings, construction documents, BOQs, and working drawings.

* Ensure compliance with National Building Code (NBC), UDCPR (Maharashtra), and other relevant statutory norms.

* Supervise site planning, space programming, and layout optimization for healthcare facilities.

* Conduct design feasibility studies, prepare presentations, and assist in approvals from statutory authorities.

* Monitor project progress and address design-related challenges during execution.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including civil, MEP, and interior consultants to ensure project integration.
