Manager gTech Ads, Customer Success Acceleration

Role Overview: As a CSA Manager at Google, you will lead a team of Digital Marketing Strategists to collaborate with the Mid-Market Sales teams in driving customer success and business growth in the Australia and New Zealand market group. Your primary focus will be on providing integrated media solutions, client insights, and POD strategies to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Digital Marketing Strategists to work closely with leadership and Mid-Market Sales teams. - Achieve quarterly goals and growth objectives for multiple segments at the cluster/market level. - Foster a strong partnership with Sales leadership to align priorities, address customer needs, and meet business goals. - Coach the team to assist advertisers in maximizing opportunities, enhancing performance, and improving ROI in Lead Generation, E-commerce, and Multi-channel businesses. - Enable the team to problem solve for customers" lifetime value by fulfilling business and marketing objectives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions. - 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams. - MBA or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in strategy consulting or measurement analytics in a media or advertising industry. - Experience managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships. - Knowledge of advertising solutions and the media landscape, both online and offline, with the ability to identify and prioritize strategic or tactical business opportunities. - Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership with excellent communication skills. - Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.,
