Job Description

As a CSA Manager at Google Customer Solutions (GCS) within gTech ads, your primary responsibility is to lead a team of Digital Marketing Strategists in delivering a positive experience and business outcomes for GCS customers. The CSA team plays a critical role in driving growth for medium and large-sized businesses globally by partnering with the Mid-Market Sales (MMS) team to understand customer's business goals and provide tailored insights and advertising solutions. Your role involves collaborating closely with Mid-market Sales teams to drive customer success and business growth specifically in the Australia and New Zealand market group or cluster for Google Client Solutions (GCS) advertisers. You will serve as a strategic advisor to Account Executives and their PODs, leading the development and execution of integrated media solutions, client insights, and market-level strategies. Google's mission is to create products and services that positively impact the world, and as part of gTech, your team's role is to bring these solutions to life. By leveraging technical expertise, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of customer needs, you will help customers globally benefit from Google products to their full potential. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Digital Marketing Strategists who collaborate with leadership and Mid-Market Sales teams. - Drive achievement of quarterly goals and growth objectives across multiple segments at the cluster/market level. - Foster active partnerships with Sales leadership to align priorities, address customer needs, and meet business goals. - Coach the team to assist advertisers in maximizing opportunities, improving performance, and enhancing ROI in Lead Generation, E-commerce, and Multi-channel businesses. - Enable the team to problem-solve for customers" lifetime value by fulfilling business and marketing objectives effectively. Your background should include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 11 years of experience in customer relationship development and working with digital media or marketing solutions, including 5 years of team leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or relevant experience in strategy consulting or measurement analytics in the media or advertising industry.
