Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage contact center operations, ensuring efficient handling of international voice calls from clients across various industries.
  • Oversee call center teams, providing guidance on customer service standards, sales strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team members' communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

  • 10-15 years of experience in BPO/Call Center industry, preferably in an International Voice Process role.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations, including call routing, queuing systems, and quality assurance processes.
  • Proven track record in managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
